Privacy Policy

Manusiawi.id respects your privacy. This document explains what data we collect when you use our services, how that data is used, and the rights you have over it.
1. Introduction
This policy applies to the websites, applications, and APIs operated by Manusiawi.id (referred to as āweā, āusā, or āManusiawiā). By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account data
When you sign up or sign in using your Google account (OAuth), we receive basic profile information from Google: your display name, email address, and profile picture (if available). We do not receive or store your Google account password.
2.2 Content data
Text you submit to the humanizer feature (your inputs and the resulting outputs) is processed to operate the service. You can delete your content history at any time from your account page.
2.3 Usage and technical data
We collect standard log data such as IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and access times to maintain security, diagnose issues, and analyze usage in aggregate.
2.4 Payment data
Payments are processed by our third-party provider, Xendit. We do not store credit card numbers, OTPs, or banking credentials on our servers. We only receive transaction status confirmations and related metadata (such as plan identifier, amount, and timestamp).
3. How We Use Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the humanizer service.
- To authenticate users and manage accounts.
- To process subscriptions, top-ups, and issue receipts.
- To send operational notifications related to your account (e.g. payment confirmations, service changes).
- To detect abuse, fraud, and violations of our terms.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis
We process personal data on the following bases: (a) performance of a contract, when necessary to provide the service you requested; (b) legitimate interests, for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement; (c) consent, for optional matters such as marketing communications; and (d) legal obligations.
5. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted service providers that help us operate Manusiawi.id, including:
- Google, for authentication via OAuth.
- Xendit, for payment processing.
- Cloud infrastructure providers, for hosting, database storage, and transactional email delivery.
We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Manusiawi or other users.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Humanizer content history is retained according to the plan you select and can be deleted by you at any time. Payment transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations in Indonesia.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access controls, and security monitoring. No method of electronic transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data and account.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where applicable.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and analytics cookies to understand service usage in aggregate. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but some features may not work properly.
10. Use by Children
This service is not intended for users under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under that age without parental or guardian consent, we will delete it.
11. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside Indonesia by the service providers we use. We ensure that such transfers are made with adequate protection safeguards in place.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
